Today I gonna talk to about my coat of arms, and explain every symbol I thought for it, because this coat of arms it means a lot to me.

This a mixture of "The staff of Aesculapius" with "The caduceus" both are symbols to the
medicine

The title is important because it doesn't only
about the end of road, but the path to be followed

Laurels that represent victory and they are used in graduation in Italy (not used in Brazil)

A helmet is an important piece of armor used to protect the head. In this case, it has a double, figurative meaning: protecting knowledge and the health.

This phrase written in Latin means "through
difficulties to greatness" or in a direct translation "Through asperities (hardships or adversities) to the stars".

shield: "The education is the best shield against misinformation"

origin and destination side by side. I will never forget where I came from

Saint Luke symbol, Patron saint of doctors. I'm Catholic and that already says a lot.

Yesterday I record my first video to youtube and did the first idea I had and that's part of my study routine:
- First, I study the question and try to do it on my own.
- Second, I check if I'm right.
- Third, I supplement with more content to reinforce the material.
Recording the video is the way of consolidate the content. Maybe you don't know, but after twenty-five years old you don't learn passively like before, so I try to find ways to consolidate and practice everything I learn. If you are looking for ways to study, for me, teaching is the best way, for example, writing here in English and Italian was also part of my learning process.

Lesson learned:
Find your way to learn, if you help or inspirate someone this is a consequence.

Lesson learned 2.0:
I made two mistakes in yesterday's video, but it's ok: I don't have any Commitment with the error.

Today I gonna tell you about how much is important to have one love. I met my wife at Christmas 2023 through Tinder (and it was the best Christmas present ever). How good does love do us? well, without her, none of this plan would have happened (or would be happening), because with a solid love I was
able to think of purpose, mission, future, to being better, to do therapy talking about me not about relationship and another several things. Her name is Jéssica and I love her,
We have a lot of dreams to realize and we want to achieve them together. If you are searching for meaning in life, I recommend to you to read "Man's search for meaning" by Viktor Frankl. In the book he talks about this and bring a beautiful thought "who has a why to live can bear almost any how" and the love and hope are some things that helped him Survive. My wife and their love are my driving force, obviously, I don't want to be flippant. the faith, determination, focus, to desire intensely, and effort are also
part of a great life (the life we are living and the life we want to live).

On my desk I have a piece of paper with some motivations and toughts I'll share with you:

I never say that for another person, but I was never a good student when I was at school, but something changed me about first year by high school. I always thought that was the difference between public school and private school, because the teaching was terrible. It hit me during the first and second year of high school, my mind has changed so much I became a great student that I was "expelled" from school by the principal who said: "The Eduardo isn't in here to learn but to teach, he needs a better school". With this my last year at high school was a particular school and this meant that the level would get higher, but it wasn't, my third year at high school was the best, because I was the best student and about my grades only one R in whole year, the everything else was Ps (equivalent to the A).
After the high school I still felt lost and I tried to do several things (but that will have to wait for next time).

Lesson learned:
Sometimes we need that something terrible happen to change severally us

Expelled from school for being a good student

It's not hard tell how I thought about to want make medicine: I saw a video in some social media that said that which you envy points out for something that is import for you, well, money, cars or fame aren't important to me
even neither it made me feel jealous, but inteligence, knowledge, wisdom, culture all of this make me feel jealous. But we are not talking about a bad feeling but a feeling that changed me and together with terapy I did a
choose since february 2025 I have been studying ever since and preparing me for this challenge.

There's no reason to dream small even though you have more age.

lesson learned :
What you envy points to something that truly matters.
